1) I am told, if you go to an audition, and make it thru to the 3rd stage, you are TOLD by producers NOT to speak to media about it

2) This woman not only tells us in a video, (which she has MANY applying for BB) how she was contacted by the producers, but goes on to tell applicants "how to"

3) If this woman gets on BB10, or any Endomol production, I urge all other people applying to get in touch with my office for liable. mgaisersolicitor@yahoo.co.uk

she is an american, my guess is yes they prob did contact her and reliesed where she is from so they asked her to do this vid, or she works for endemol, if you go to her profile on youtube she has done loads of vids for bb10, plus if this was genuine it would have been removed by the bb10 team as they can remove vids at any time from there channel, or this person has just ruined her chance for bb10 by telling the world she is going in ie= see you in there comment, i think she is dreaming and just winding people up.

I agree, but Endomol is responsible in the end for maintaining the "rules" - which apply to all applicants!

If they "planted" her on you tube, its still an infraction, mis-representation.

If she is doing this on her own and they have not removed it-
Infraction

If she is on BB10, then Endomol will have an entire list of applicants to deal with who were duped by the production company.

this must be a fake you have till feb 3rd to post a vid so why would they be doing invition only this friday ? what if mr or mrs perfect housemate sends a vid in on sunday does this mean he has missed the boat??
+special invition only days how many and where? people have applied from all over the world?
so lets say yes this friday in london invition only, as open auditions are there this weekend, what if 100 londoners send in top quality vids on sunday ?? does'nt seem right to me!!
or are housemates pre-picked???

It's bloody January. Celebrity Big Brother has only just finished. They WILL NOT, repeat WILL NOT, have any shortlists of housemates prepared. Just because she has been contacted by production doesn't mean she is definitely a housemate. She is only assuming that she is a housemate because she has been contacted.

In fact, by posting this video she has probably ruined her chances of getting on.

Endemol have no grounds on which to remove this video as it does not contain any content that belongs to them. She is only explaining what happens in the online audition process.

Also, it states in the Online Auditioning terms and conditions that you can audition from any country that doesn't have US sanctions against it as long as you can legally reside in the UK this summer.

i think people have been phoned and asked to go open auditions and she is just ruined any chances of getting on the show,
lets hope there vids don't do them any justice as i think there all dull via about 5 of em.
