Actually it's from the latest episode of Nip/Tuck season 5. Hot Coco is a woman who has done everything to be famous but it didn't happen. One day, she has discovered that she has African blood and has decided to use it to be famous.

I just LOVE this song, it's so stupid but great at the same time.
