There is no 29th February apart from Leap Years. I was talking about non-leap years.

I remember, my British exchange's sister was born on 29th February. She celebrates it on March 1st because she didn't want to celebrate it before.

If you have a child born on the 29th then you do not celebrate it in non leap years and if they complain ask them why do they have the impertinence to think life should be fair.

They only get one birthday once in four years so they better live with it :nono:

If they feel they are missing out TOUGH

If anyone else sends presents or cards, just ship them back telling them not to send them until there is a 29 February

Otherwise how are the little brats going to learn that life is not fair and the world does not owe them a living
