US Customer Service workers based at home

This is a clever idea
a American idea used by Blue Jet Airline
instead of fast/stressed Phone customer service in India
they use their own local staff working from home
connected to their computer sytems
and Not Stressed or rushing you.
People that use that service like it as they get helped better
in every way.


This was reported on Radio 4 bottom line, today.


I would prefer that
since so many of ouir cutomer helplines are
sent outside of the UK
and they do not help enough.

Good idea, but it does have its negatives. But then again so does everything, I would like to see it given a trial period.
