Hello, and welcome to the third live show that TiBB has to offer, this show is called VISUAL IDOL. As most of you well know, last week, we said goodbye to KATE, in our second elimination of the series. Tonight its just the same as the contestants pieces of work will be shown and the members vote to save, and the two or more members with the least amount of votes will be in the, VISUAL IDOL SHOWDOWN and the judges decide who stays and who goes out of the bottom acts. In the event of a tie, the public votes will decide who stays and who goes.

Tonights theme is Seven Deadly Sins.
The contestants each had an allocated sin they must do their piece of work on. And they could take this sin, and do whatever they liked with it.
A contestant has also walked right out of the competition, we will find who this is later.

The theme is pretty easy to follow, its not the hardest of the Seven Deadly Sins.

I love the comical element to your picture this week, its more informal and it's less serious. However, when thinking of the effort put in to the picture this week, it seems easy to think that you've just copied the face of Chris Crocker and then written over it on paint. It's simple and straight to the point, yes. BUT theres a lot more which could of been done and I think the red lines are a bit too vibrant. The actual font could be better too.

For me, this seems similar to last weeks entry. Same font, red and black used again. Only this time a picture of Chris Crocker. Its a nice try but I'm just not sure if you're showing that you can be different in terms of style each week.

To be honest though, all I see is him being a bit redder than usual and some text.

I tihnk maybe without the text and if it wasn't a famous individual, it would be quite simple, but effective.

Overall, I think you were a bit lazy here, keep with the deeper stuff like in the first challenge, because that was pretty awesome.

Kat, interesting entry. I love the style you've went for using you're Seven Deadly Sin. I love the actual layout and the fact you've tried to be different since last week.

As for the actual entry, I love the fact you've tried. The picture of the 'model' is lovely and it shows you've took the time to prepare it. The picture of you looking up in awe is a bit badly photoshopped, but welldone for trying on that. I like the fact you've kept the colours to a minimal, not too bright, which it was last week.

My favourite work from you so far, really really good.

I particularly love the glow around the model making her seem glorious while the other girl just looks stunned.

However, I feel that the colouring is wrong, addding a green filter and making the text, boxes and stars shades of green would have added more of an envy feel.

Overall, your best yet in my opinion, well done! I could see you winning this Kornetto!

The left half shows how people just eat and eat, and don’t think about others... while on the right hand side, it shows how people are surviving on the same planet as us. Nicky, I'm like amazed! This is my most favourite work from you so far. I love the style you've went for, that lovely vunerable picture of the girl just stands out so much.

I think it could have actually worked better without the small writing on the bottom, as the big word 'gluttire' stands out much more better. Lovely use of Photoshop again with the blending.

Lovely work Nicky, && I can say at least that you have different styles which you can easily adapt too

” My theme this week was greed for money so i went with the simple option and took a pic of me holding some money in my hand. I couldnt really think of much i could do with this theme and i understand it isnt my best pic.. atall. But i think the hand holding the money makes it look superior as if money gives you power/control. I added some effects to spruce it up a bit!”

I haven't previously commented in any of the "live shows", but I'd like to say that I think Nicky's banner is by far the best entry throughout the competition so far. It suits the Gluttony theme perfectly.

Seriously WOW. I don't know why, I think its the writing elements and the lined paper style. Also brilliantly blended with photo's of you. I know last week I said try to not use a computer, but this is actually the first entry were it doesn't look like a sig that you'd use on here.

Sadly, although this does show pride, the title is "Seven Deadly Sins" and I don't see that kind of Pride as a sin. Each to their own however.

More onto the graphic; the colour gold was a smart move indeed and I like how you're put into the image smiling with pride because of the result.

Yet again, a really well made graphic, but I think that for a place in the final, you have to look deeper into things.

Nina, I like the fact you've tried this week.

However, it has to be said, its really not the best of entries. The pictures are funny as are the comments you've added. However I find the red background really over the top, as are the coloured lines around the border. I really appreciate the fact you've tried more this week, really I do. But I think less harsh colours could of made this look a lot better.

Kornetto, yet again I LOVE the idea, but the photoediting is what let it down a bit this week. I really like that you step outside the box and really think. I'm impressed with you so far :)

You obviously did a lot of research, and made this really into something moving. It feels like it should be on an oxfam advert or something similar! I think the yellow border on the font was too large, however, and the colours could have blended better. However, You really did portray the theme well, as well. Oddly, I must admit, but it did pay off. I'm very impressed with you, Nicks!

Christina: so simplistic, but it really does display the message. Simplicity was something really good to use here - it's like the contrast of nicky when it comes to hidden between the lines. Both are so good! Although you don't like it personally, I think it's really good :)

He said "I did ask you not to use a computer this week" but erm I thought it was a contest to show what you can do whether its graphics or photography. Likewise in the first week people were told to domore other than take a picture but in teh sign up that was said to be acceptable?
