My school's a performing arts specialist school, well academy, and because of this we've never set one up. We've concentrated on Acting Skills. Your schools band seems cool.

I think every school has some bands. We had really two good ones who are still together today and recording albums for sale... Not like to buy in HMV or that but recording good songs and selling them to friends and family and online.

But they do tend to be a phase... I used to play bass for a band called "Superfictional Rubber Donkeys"

There used to be a band that everyone in my school obsessed over, and they have broke up again, and now there is a new band. Don't know if they are still together or not... I THINK, they are called:

Mynameishero

Search it if you wish.

I'll check them out Ninastar!
We had loads of unofficial 'bands', most of them were just 'MC's' getting together and murdering a basic drum beat.

I was kinda in a band whilst doing GCSE Music, with another singer, a bassist, a pianist and a drummer. Now the drummer's in her own band at college and the others have no interest in that anymore, and since I do Performing Arts at college, me, and two friends were thinking of setting up a vocal group.
