my daddy woke me at like quarter past 7 but I didn't get up to like 20 to 8 =p

For some reason when I'm not in work and even if I've been out the night before I wake up at 10.30am on the dot and can't get back to sleep

15th-Got up at 12(but awake for ages),went to bed at 1
16th-Got up at 6.40,will be going to bed early!

I was a bit of a naughty person this weekend.

On the 13th went to bed at 4am and woke up at 7am and on the 14th went to bed at 5am and woke up at 7am again. So i had an early night last night and feeling a lot better now :)

Bed- 4am
Wake-up at 8.20am.

Non-College days:
Bed- 5/6am
Wake-up at 2pm.

My sleeping pattern has been messed up since I started watching BB9 live feed all night.

Wake-up - 6.15am.

Weekend:
Bed - Depends where I spent the night. But generally 7am.
Wake-up - 11am.

Weekdays apart from Mondays:
Wake up: 6:30
Bed: 12:30 ussually

Weekends:
Wake up: 10-11
Sleep: 4

Mondays: Wake up: 9:30
Sleep: 12:30.
