I joined a book club on another forum (unrelated to books) and it worked really well. Every month on person chose a book and we all went out and bought/lent from library and then we discussed it.

So are we going to pick a book to read i think it would be a good idea, plus the book i'm reading is nearly finished so i'm looking for a new one!

I'd love to join a forum book club, but I only like specific types of books (crime, thrillers, notably tartan noir). So I wouldn't really enjoy reading other types, but I'd like to read the reviews that come from it.

Porno - It's the follow up to trainspotting, it takes place 9 years after trainspotting, just read a review and it seems brilliant.
