Getting music from my iPod to my phone

How do you get all of your music from your iPod onto your phone? If it makes a difference I have an iPod Shuffle and a Sony Ericsson W595i. On my laptop I have Windows Media Player but I need to get the songs from my iTunes onto the Media Player or otherwise they cannot transfer to my phone. Does anyone know how to transfer music from iTunes to WMP?

You can't if its purchased from iTunes store as it is protected legally for use only on iPods.

Just copy and paste them from Itunes to your phone file/s?
