Jade Goody 'wants Prince Diana-style send-off' claimJade Goody, the cancer stricken Big Brother star, wants her funeral to have an impact like that of Diana, Princess of Wales, it has been claimed.
The 27-year-old told friends that she wants a "Princess Diana-style send-off", the Daily Star reported.
But the reality television star, who is due to have surgery after being rushed to hospital in extreme pain, is said to have decided against having the service televised.
Jade, who has only weeks to live after her cervical cancer spread to her liver, groin and bowel, wants to raise money to secure the future for her sons Bobby, five, and Freddie, four, before she dies.
Her plans include a television interview with Piers Morgan for ITV due to be recorded this week if she is well enough.
On Sunday Jade was rushed to the Royal Marsden Hospital, in Fulham, south west London, under police escort from the Essex hospice where she was being treated.
She is due to undergo surgery after spending the weekend in agony, according to her publicist, Max Clifford.
"She has a great deal of pain from her tummy and they don't seem to be able to get it under control," he said.
"She is going back to the Marsden ... I just had a very emotional phone call from her."
Mr Clifford said doctors had explained that surgery was likely to be the best option.
"I think it's just to get her out of this awful pain that she is in," he said.
"It's a continuing process but we hope they will be able to get things under control.
"She wants to go home. She doesn't want to be in hospital.
"She's very frightened. She was sobbing on the phone to me. She said: 'Why can't they get me out of all this pain?'."
Goody, who married her boyfriend Jack Tweed a week ago, is due to be baptized next Saturday at a church close to her home with her boys.
Meanwhile Tweed is due to appear in court accused of attacking a taxi driver.
The 21-year-old is expected to appear before Epping Magistrates' Court, in Essex, over the incident which is alleged to have taken place in May 2008.
