Comic Relief is only once a year but has high profile media coverage.

Fair Trade / Rain Forest alliance is on all year long and IMHO gives those at the sharp end dignity as well

Im sorry but are you making us choose which is the best charity? Because as far as I am concerned they both help people therefore do an amazing job. Fairtrade is all year and gets gradual money, Comic relief is once a year but get a massive surge of money.

Probably a bit unfair as one of my favourite fair trade chocolate brand's Divine was set up with a grant from Comic Relief

It is just that I tend to think that Fair Trade rarely gets a mention and yet Comic Relief is all over the place

For the record I supplied a copy of me in the Bah Humbug hat so they could warp the image for a guess the member of staff competition for Comic Relief

Fair trade has taken over my college, you can't buy anything without it being fairtrade.
