My dream last night was I was at a Madonna concert (Which I loved) and then I went into a bookshop and brourght the tour book and a NME magazine which had a full spred on that concert.

Don't remember last night. Last dream(nightmare) which I had and really remember was where Mark Owen died and I saw his coffin being carried and I broke down and sank down to the ground sobbing. It was HORRIBLE.

I found that strange when I had a lecture on it,I always thought it would be deep sleep you'd have dreams in but its usually the start and end.

I used to think that if I thought about things before I slept - I'd never dream of them. It was always things that had happened but I hadn't thought about.

So what I used to do is think about scary things (zombies, ghosts, murder etc) before I went to sleep in order to "ensure" I didn't dream about them LOL. :sad: Didn't work.

Last night I dreamt I was looking for my Psychology timetable. I'd woke up at 11am and didn't know if I had lectures or not that day and was panicking cos I kept finding old timetables from term 1. But then I found a panda/gorilla soft toy with "Edinburgh University Conservation" on it's belly, and I was like 'oh god that trip was so good'... :puzzled:

Rapid Eye Movement.
It's a type of sleep where you're likely to have weird dreams. It's a kind of "light" sleep because your heartrate and "electronic" waves are still fast like you're awake, but your muscles are tense and your eyes are blinking rapidly - but you're asleep.

You know when you're just dropping off to sleep and you can kinda hear things around you, but you're sleeping, and can feel yourself going into sleep? It's that, but a tiny bit deeper. :spin2:

I had a dream last night, it was me trying to write a book, and I couldn't think of anything so I drove round in a circle in a car... and had 2 people chasing me, then I ended up in a college studio, but in my old school. And Kelly Clarkson started playing, then another song that I got mixed up with Kelly but it was actually Duffy.

It's from evolution. Sleeping was a weakness when we were cavepeople LOL, we have reflexes that stop us from falling deep deep into sleep sometimes, because back in those times it was a danger to just sleep. Our brain now sends impulses as we're dropping off.

Then when me and my friend got to the spainish room a girl came in in an Amy Whinehouse wig and all theses seciond years came running in dressed up like fairies.

I went to spain with my family..we walked from the airport which was up a hill down to were we were supposeed to be staying, but our car was there and we were like pulling it along with our suitcases, then it suddenly got dark and we ended up back at the top and one of them holiday reps came and told us there was a mistake and they would drive us. Then I was in a bed someplace and one of my best friends turned up along wi people in my class that I don't chat too..was well werid :laugh:

Me and my family were on a plane and she was learning to drive it (lmao) and She actually managed to save us from crashing. It felt so real in the dream lol.

I was 20 years in the future, and I knocked on the house next to my old house and my tutor lived there. We had a talk in her bedroom with some other people, I said I was accepted into the RSC and she went crazy happy and then I said I quite it because I wanted to do more experimental theatre, some physical theatre. And she cried.

I dreamed that I was in my science class and we had my english teacher for it. We got told that in a yr10 class they wanted models [1 boy and 1 girl] to be standing there in just there underwear. Nobody wanted to do it and 1 boy had the vote and he chose me. I was SO MAD about it and I was speechless.

Another dream about school again.

I dreamed that we had PE and I could not walk up the stairs. I managed to walk up the stairs and I was in food tech making cakes. We then had PE and I got changed outside for some strange reason and not in the changing room.

The last dream I vividly remember was about a month ago. I was walking up this dark spiral staircase with a few friends following me, scared. It went on forever and we started singing songs to cheer ourselves up.

Anyway, eventually I reached the top, and I suddenly had this really vivid sense of dread and depression - and I was handed a skull by someone I couldn't see. And I can still picture it, there were bits of flesh on it and everything...not nice at all.

Then I was handed a shotgun, and somehow I came to the conclusion that I must kill myself :\

I have had 2 really horrible dreams in the past 2 nights.

The first one was where me and My dad were on a train to scotland and for some reason we were going along the motor way, and I saw this father and some crossing the road. The dad managed o jump out of the way but his son just stoof there in total shock. Then the train ran over him and you could feel the bump and hear his body hit the window of the other carrige. I asked my dad if I could open my eyes (cause i had closed them as he was hit) and he was like yes it is all over. and as i opened them there was drips of blood down the side of my window, that my dad hadnt seen.
It was horrible. I think i cried like 6 times in the dream and when I woke up my eyes felt wet and my throat had a lump in it so I think i was actalyl crying.

The other one was that somethine bad happened to my cat and we tool him to the vet. They said that he would only live if we gave him these drops of medicine every hour or something. Even then they still said they didnt think he would live. He started to get sicker and sicker and then he just went to sleep and didnt wake up. thats when I woke up.

So yeh I have been crying in my sleep for 2 days now.

edit: The both felt SO real. I think thats why they were so upsetting

The second one, he cheated one me with his ex, came home a day later than he was meant to, drunk, and showed me the tape of him cheating.

I brought a lucid dream upon myself last night. The idea is that your dreaming but you know you are dreaming, so you can in a sense control the dream and watch it as if you were a cameraman.

It is very hard to achieve but one of the ways to do it is to repeatedly say to yourself ''this is a dream'' when you are trying to get to sleep, thus the first thing you think when your dream begins is ''this is a dream'' and voila. From what i remember, I built a wrestling ring in my garden, got drunk, and had a jump around in it, while my whole house became this sort of surreal stage.

I find the whole idea of sleep and dreaming completely facinating. It's like this relaxing 6-10 hour drug we all get for free every night. It's amazing to think that most of us just get on with it and sleep. Theirs so much mind piloting you can do, I love it. I also love how surreal everything is in a dream. Even if your dream is set inside your own house the rooms will be different.

Mine are increasingly morbid - a lot of "end of the world" dreams lately.

Last night it was one of those days where loads of conspiracy theories and worriers build up hype about (like the day of the Hadron Collider being turned on, or 21st December 2012) - and I just remember feeling incredibly scared as others went about their normal lives and it eventually turned out to be fine.

Anyway, the only way to destroy the plants was to say something Take That-related lmfao. I remember shouting "PATIENCE!" and a plant exploded.

I dreamt that i was in this house and there was all these older woman there. and we were all upstairs talking about a cat that had just walked in the room and we heard someone downstairs. I cant remember how we figured it out be we realised that if we went downstairs that they would try and kill us. So we tried going all different ways to get out and everytime we went a certian way someone would die. Like one of them got pushed down the stairs but none of us saw how. Me and the last lady were left when we went out a fire exit (in a house??? lol) and we were being chased down them and then i woke up. It felt really real!

Theresa threw it and both her and Lauren aswell as me got up and ran (As we knew they would go on fire) but Anita and Newt stayed and were arguing just as the thing ent on fire.

Then me and Theresa was on a bridge and a flash of a magazine saying on the cover "WARREN DEAD?", just appeared and went away. After that we were all in s busstation and went into this big chcolate shop.

We were forced to be on some sort of art team together.
I was cying into a pillow,

and then we were side by side nelt down on the ground, with two big blue bags open infront of us. We were in the dirt like.
We had to pack for the team because it was for some competition far away,
So we were both digging our hands deep into the soil and putting it in our bags.

Weird.
But I woke up and found it strangely metaphorical for our relationship.
Because it as like the two f us kept on bringing up **** on each other to prevent a friendship.

It was really awful.

One of my friends Maxime had just died by getting hit on the head when a roof collapsed on her.

A few days had past and I guess I was still in shock so I wasn't sad or anything.
Then I went into this cafe and met Rose McGowan strangely enough. I didn't know her or anything, I just went up and said "Oh hiya, you're Rose McGowan aren't you? I love you! Anyways, I won't disturb you" Then I walked off, but she stopped me and said that she wanted to have lunch with me.

Anyways, it turned out that Rose McGowan knew my friend really well too, which I didn't know. And we talked about her.
She then asked me if I wanted to split the money with her on a bouqet of roses for the grave stone.
It was these words that suddenly made me realise that my friend had died and I started to cry and cry and cry.

Then the dream continued with her wake, funeral and burial. For all of which I was beside myself with grief. It was just terrible.

I woke up and had to think was my friend really dead or not, because it felt so real.
Luckily, she's not dead!

I rarely remember my dreams but last night I dreamt I was walking up the road and my friend kept kicking rugby balls at me and I dodged them for awhile then hit him and he died so I buried him in my garden then tried to cover it all up but then he walked into my house perfectly alive again then something else happened but I cant remember it.. It was strange..my son (seeing as i'm a 39 yr old t***) was sliding down a water flume and i was at the top watching him as he slid out of control banging violently into the sides. I was helpless at the top as the bottom was over a mile away and down three levels.

I had two,in the first one I had a lil baby daughter,which is new to me cos I have NEVER ever had a kid in my dreams,I've had about 30,if not more dreams where I've been pregnant but I've never actually had the baby.Anyways yeah,I kept forgetting the child existed,so I'd find her in my wardrobe,or a neighbour would come over with her,it was weird.

Next dream,I was at a Take That concert but it kinda like in a park cos there only one row which was front row and there was a bigger gap than there had been at the actual concerts. So I was there with all these people from my old school and the guys were doing Relight Mark Owen came up right to the barrier and I touched his chest!!!!!! And then he gave me a like bendy tube thing and I was just there going 'OMFG I touched Mark Owen's chest!' Then there was like this huge gap ihn the concert and I went somewhere and this women gave me this card thing which had '44' written on the front and he had these things in it saying how I deserved to go backstage,one was from BB10's Marcus,lmao! So then in my dream I fainted!!!! It was mental. But then cos the guys has been away so long,everyone went off on a bus and I jumoped off while it was moving cos I wasn't going to miss the boys. So I got this taxi with this nice woman and I was like 'I wanna go back there' cos now it was suddenly Mark's wedding and she was like 'Of course you do' so we went back and the guys were on the street and I think I screamed and I don't remember much else!

Well one part was Howard being chased by like thousands of fans and he was teriffied! James was there(security) and he was like Runnnn Howard! And Howard was running through all these tiny lil side streets with all these mad people running after him,mentalness.

Anyway I had a dream me and a friend was on some massive cruise and we were staying with the family who owned it, too cut a long story short because loads of stuff happened it turned out everyone on the cruise were dead and after you'd been on the cruise so long you saw everything as what it really looked like so everyone was ghosts and all the cruise was all destroyed and rotting. D:

It was like something out of a movie, a really good dream tbh. :shocked:
