I cannot believe it!

I was approached by a casting director today and he asked me to register on his books! He wants details about me and a headshot and some details about stuff i can do! He says he really wants to get me into some serious acting and try and find me some productions and possibly Tv work. He thinks i could make it big if i keep focused and organised. I actually cannot believe it! He was a visitor at school today and came into my drama class to watch my monologue because my Drama teacher emailed him, telling him how she thought i was talented in acting and had a career in it!

I am so excited now! But i am not sure what to do for my headshot? Do i pull a pose or something? I have never done this before. :joker: I am mactually Crazily excited! My music teacher says i have a big future in singing if i carry on and now acting! I feel so happy! Any tips about that headshot then? I know Fom is in to his acting :wink:

That sounds pretty damn lucky, best of luck to that. Keep working hard and you never know what might happen.

In regards to the headshot, it needs to be plain and in black and white. You need to hire a professional photographer and they will give you a contact sheet of about 100 photos, then you pick one picture then ask them to print off a certain amount of photos, you should get them all printed professionally and never photocopy them.
But if you get a digital copy, the director can do plenty.

btw, was he a director or an agent? :S

Guys, it isn't fake. I met the guy at school with my Drama Teacher. The email may have been fake, i do not know. But i have replied and will ask him about it when i meet him in a couple of weeks.
