Hey :)
The team is me, Conzors, Kate, Sam! and Ninastar.
And the challenge is:
The contestants have been split and the teams are ready to play - so here's their simple first task.
After electing their leaders, the teams must come up with a name, which will stick with them for the rest of the show, and a logo for themselves. They must also create an avatar and banner for their members to use.
Their work will be judged by two forum members renowned for their graphics ability, and you, the forum public will vote for the identity you prefer. The team behind the losing identity will then face the first firing.
Join me on Thursday for the results of the first task.
Now personally I've only got Paint, so graphics are not going to be my strong-point. I've seen Conor and Sam! making a few graphics before so I would recommend they design this, but am not ruling out you girls :)
As for the team name - we need something that not only appeals to the TiBB members, but something that reflects us. Now I think we're all fabulous, and TiBB is very 'Mean Girls' orientated, so my suggestion is:
Team Fetch
Now we've only got until Thursday, so let's put pen to paper and beat the **** out of our as-yet-unnamed rivals. :D
Finally- team leader. I'm willing to put myself forward, but as the weakest graphics-man, I doubt I'd be a good choice. Though I suppose this is probably chickening out, haha. I'll let you all have your say on leadership before I make any suggestions - perhaps we could have a poll if more than one want to lead the way. I personally think you're all good enough for the position.

I don't know what to use as a logo, so I chose a briefcase. But I didn't put much effort in haha. Mine's a bit childish, I think it needs to look a bit more sleek and professional.
By the way - I'll put myself forward as Project Manager. I think Sam! agrees with that (or did anyway lol), what about you Caitlin? And Kate and Conor...not that you've posted yet D:

The word fetch describes us all, as we are all fetch. But it also describes us all indivudually.
F - Shaun is the letter f, as he is funny, fit and a fiesty person.
E - Kate is the letter e, as she is elegant, and the most energetic person :P
T - Sam is the letter t, as he is tall, the most sexiest, and he like topman:P.
C - Conor is the letter c, as he is camp, chatty, and most of all, hes conor:P.
H - Caitlin is the letter h, she is heartful, she is humerous and she is just a huge smiley person.

I'd shove something in a paragraph before that first though, about what "Fetch" means - as there are bound to be a few forum members unfamiliar with the Mean Girls concept.
Perhaps:

And I like the avatar, I was going to suggest (but TiBB failed to connect :mad:) that each team member has their name in their own individual avatar (perhaps a different colour of text), but I think we have to have the same avatar for all 5 of us.

I dunno, the other team have some good graphics-makers in Nickyy and Sia.
So we have the avatar, banner, logo and team name. We've given a summarising paragraph. If I can just use a bit of my power now and delegate someone (I'll choose Ninastar) to create a new thread and just post all of those things clearly (instead of leaving Matt/James to go through these 4+ pages) - we're sorted.
You three have been great :D I know one definite I'm taking into the boardroom if we lose, lmao. I just really hope we don't, as I couldn't choose a second.
