Heartbreak isn't the only thing Miley Cyrus is confessing in her new book: Miley, Miles to Go.

The tween queen reveals that she's suffering from a heart condition called tachycardia that often leaves her worrying for her health.

The condition causes her heart rate to exceed the range of a normal resting heart rate, so you can only imagine how worried she is when she's on stage putting on a full performance.

She writes, "The type of tachycardia I have isn’t dangerous. It won’t hurt me, but it does bother me. There is never a time onstage when I’m not thinking about my heart."

The important thing is that her condition isn't life threatening, but it's still something no one wants to deal with.

The director of Hannah Montana: The Movie has suggested that Miley Cyrus is just as talented as screen legends Judy Garland and Shirley Temple.

Speaking to E! News, Peter Chelsom admitted that he was not aware of the teenager before starting work on the film, but was "blown away" after watching her perform on a TV show.

"I just thought, you know there is no way this girl shouldn't be ranked with Shirley Temple or Judy Garland," he explained.

Chelson added that he was further impressed after catching the 16-year-old in concert, saying: "I couldn't believe it. It was like watching an evening with Barbra Streisand. She was 15 for the whole making of the movie... Was Barbra doing that at 15? I don’t think so."

However, he reiterated Cyrus's belief that the upcoming movie would signal the last big screen outing for the Disney franchise. "I don’t know what else there would be to say. I suppose there’s a chance, but I have a feeling Miley wants to do other stuff," he said.

Hannah Montana: The Movie is released in the UK on May 1.

Miley Cyrus has insisted that her emotional response to victory at the Kids' Choice Awards was genuine.

Cyrus, 16, looked tearful when she picked up the favourite female singer gong at Saturday's ceremony.

"I was a little embarrassed," she told MTV. "But then again, I shouldn't be. It meant something to me because it's from the kids.

"The kids are more important than anything else in the world. So it made me happy."

Speaking to Glamour, the Hannah Montana star revealed that she admires both actresses for their individual styles and character.

"Jennifer Aniston can put on a plain black dress, with plain make-up and hair, and look so stunning. Angelina always looks so comfortable in her own skin. She’s also changed, going from wild child to being a mum and having a normal life," she explained.

The Grammy Award-nominated singer said he'd also like to collaborate with pop-rock boy band Jonas Brothers in recording the urban street gang rap music, reports the the Sun online.

On being quizzed if he would work with the Hannah Montana star, he said: "Hell yeah. We can make some gangsta pop music."

Miley Cyrus has insisted that she'll only tone down her sexual image when she's 40 years old.

The 'Wrecking Ball' singer told the Today show's Matt Lauer that he is "definitely not sexual" when he told her he is 55.

"I heard when you turn 40 things start to go a little less sexual, so probably around that time," she said when asked if her controversial new image is just a phase. "I heard that's when people don't have sex anymore so I guess maybe around then."

When Lauer told her he was 55, she quipped: "Oh well then you're really definitely not sexual."

On her recent feud with Sinead O'Connor, she continued: "I think she's an incredible artist. I think she's an awesome songwriter and I was really inspired by her for my 'Wrecking Ball' video, which is what started the whole thing.

"I don't know how someone can start a fight with somebody who's saying, 'Hey, I really respect you. And I really love what you did'."

She added: "I'm the happiest I've ever been in my whole life. I don't ever really plan to offend people. What I'm doing is for my fans because they're all really young and they understand what I'm doing.

"I don't worry about anything because I know who I am and I know that I'm an artist and I've put all this time into my record. For me the most important thing is being a really good person.

"That doesn't depend on what you do on stage. That's how you treat people offstage and I know how I treat people, so I'm not really too worried about it."

Cyrus released her new album Bangerz today in the UK. It has already topped the iTunes chart, as has new single 'Wrecking Ball'.
