If the series were to more to another channel, is there one that would allow for swearing and nudity?

Channel 4 used to show nudity when the show was on at 10 and 11

Of course all channels (apart from the BBC) would allow swearing and nudity if it was post-watershed. The channel would know what sort of a show they were taking on before they signed the contract.

channel 4 allows it, just as long as it is after the watershed
The only thing banned on TV is an erected penis, and erm... I don't know why but vagina's are sometimes blurred, suppose anything sexually aroused is banned.

They are not allowed to show masturbation either
EDIT: I don't mean that in a bad way. I was just saying.

They don't show it because on the whole it doesn't happen. Makes you laugh when the papers all predict because they've put a bath in the bathroom they'll be all these lesbian orgies when in reality they even keep their bikinis on for a shower.
The first few series they didn't care, but as the house builders began to include glass walls and "no privacy", the HMs covered up. I think in reality they don't think about the millions who could be watching at home - but do think about what those around them might see.
In the last couple of series they haven't even bothered putting a camera in the shower.
