The executive producer has not been confirmed yet.

However, as far as I know he's been involved with every series so far so I wouldn't expect that to change this year.

He was the executive producer for BB3 and CBB2, however the interesting thing is that he was joint executive producer on CBB6 with Sharon Powers so maybe hes in the running to take her job.

According to the launch show/finale credits Sharon Powers was sole EP of CBB6.

Phil was Creative Director though, as he was during BB9.

God no. Phil's comments at the DS awards show he clearly doesn't give a shite about the show anymore really (it pays the mortage, I think he said). Shirley Jones would obviously be my ideal EP this year (ain't gonna happen though, she was advised not to return) but I'd settle for Paul Osbourne since he created the last decent series.

I wouldn't want Shirley Jones to be the EP simply because I don't want her reputation ruining like BB9 has done to Sharon TBH

Phil does seem to have a real passion for the show but maybe its time for a completely fresh, new team to come in and re-invent the show successfully because the last 2 years have shown that is something the current team are incapable of doing
