Since I am have only been watching on TV Big Brother 9, BBCH and Celebrity Big Brother 6, about when does the site goes into "holding" before BB10/9/8/7... launches? Like, when does the offical site changes to "Page Holding"?

There's no definite time really - the best answer I can give is "Wait and see".

It's usually once the logo has been revealed, but pre-BB9 they had a special pre-BB site which had a countdown to the logo being released
