How do i resize a photo to upload?

I want to resize a photo that i have on my PC, but it has 2 of my friends in it and i want to cut them out of it so it's just me in it. Could someone help please? :shrug:

Use paint or powerpoint to crop. :thumbs:

just use photobucket (the website, it's not a program). upload it, click edit and then click crop.
