Energy drinks..

Does anyone here drink any? If so, which ones?

I love Red Bull and Relentless.. and I drink like 2-3 a day. But I've heared that they can be really bad for you, is that true?

Has anyone tried the "24" (yes the TV series) energy drink?
It's gorgeous, tastes like lemon sherbet.

Btw, in excess they're bad for you, yes. High sugar, high caffeine = high blood pressure, high cholesterol.

I once had 10 jagabombs one night, and cos of all the red bull I ended up having panic attacks and being all high and jittery. (I remember reading warnings about alcohol + energy drinks, cos alcohol is a depressant to the system, and energy drinks are a stimulant - the body gets confused).

So now I am scared of alcohol+energy combos, haha.

I love Relentless, it gets me through long days, there was one day where I had gone to an audition and had to go straight from the train to a show and I was barely able to walk I was so tired, I downed 2 big cans of relentless and somehow got through it. I had to cancel my audition the next day though because the lack of energy caught up with me.

It also has it's own nightclub now Burn Beach Nightclub, they promote it on buses and the radio and stuff!
