Hey, i've got a problem which i need help with, my neighbours across the road have a small dog (i think it's a king charles). Anyway, i saw them the other day and they looked like they were moving out, so i left them. But right now, i can hear a dog crying hysterically from the house and it's in darkness. It's been crying all day. Should i go across and check it out? Should i just leave it alone? Should i call someone? I don't know what to do...
Help please...
It really is crying badly...it's like....screaming it's so loud.

I wouldn't go in incase it bites you.
Look in the window and see if you can see anything. Depending on what you see you should phone the RSPCA.

Have they been there today?
How long has it been left alone?

i would keep out of it. from previous experience getting involved in stuff like that can end up quite bad. so i just stay out of it.
but if your worried just phone up the RSPCA and tell them. i would imagine you dont have to leavve your name or anything.

I think you should go over and peak in the windows. See if it looks as though they have moved. And phone the RSPCA

Not today, i saw them on Wednesday. Not seen them since. But it's really crying, it's like...you know how a puppy cries on their first night alone in the kitchen lol, that's what it's like. I don't want to go over and start pushing in, in case they think i'm being nosey.

Just check if someone is home first. I don't know if you should knock immediately, as it could distress the dog further.
Once you definitely know no ones home or it looks abandoned, call the RSPCA.
