From Wiki -
On May 24 McFly will be performing on Big Brother.
In my opinion it's not true,
a) It's too early
b) Why would McFly perform on BB?
c) It's on Wiki
Here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McFly_(band)#Upcoming_work) - under Television and film appearances
As I said on msn, I agree with you Nicky lol
This Will be the low point in mcfly's Career
Its on Wiki, it means nothing.

But they have done videos for BB, like here -

Liberty X performed on BBLB on the finale day of BB3
so maybe it might be true but this time for a special BBLB show on the launch day?

The user that added this information to wiki also changed the mcfly song page "One for the radio" to make it seem that it was number 1 which it wasnt.

I like that website Sid!
I didn't check though... nor did anyone on the McFly boards, so thanks!
Also, it still says OFTR was Number 2.
"The single charted at number #2 in the charts."

Why don't McFly perform on Launch Night? It would definately boost the ratings.

Big Brother is not a kids show, we need artist that appeal to 18-30 year olds not 4 year old girls

Maybe McFly are older now.

I don't Arista, I'm just saying what was on their Wiki page >.<
and ILoveMoney, I love McFly, as I'm 15.. when they have standing only for 15+ at gigs, the place still sells out! Geez. Plus my mum isn't 4, and she loves them.
I messaged BB and got this -
Dear Nicky,
Thank you for contacting Channel 4 Viewer Enquiries regarding BIG BROTHER.
We have not been given any details regarding when the new series of this programme will begin, nor have we been given any details of whether any celebrities will be on the programme.
However, as bands don't generally perform on the programme I would believe it is unlikely that they are playing.
