Philip was obviously the one who lost them the task. he was the one who came up with that silly pants idea, and should have gone. Lorraine tried to tell them it was a bd idea, but as usual, the just kicked her back down again. Kimberly, i thought did good. Yes, the box looked Crap, but really it was the pants idea that lost them the task.

But Kimberley just let the Pants idea go through, a good project manager would not let something that would go badly pass through, they'd come up with other ideas.

She just needed to tame Phillip better and let others speak, maybe Noorul could've pitched in... oh wait.

The others came up with nothing. Philips idea was rubbish but what else did they have to work on? If the others had any viable ideas then surely we would have heard about the other good ideas when they all got to the board room? Instead no one in ignite came out with anything that was workable.

I think they need to mix the teams up for next week cuz if they dont then Empire will eliminate Ignite in just a few weeks. Empire lctually look like a strong team with Kate, Debra, Yasmina, Ben etc while Empire have Noorul, Mona, Lorraine.....I rest my case. I dont see that bunch of deadbeats winning another task.
