Really weird question, but has anyone ever used transfer paper to put a design on their own top?

I want to put this on a grey hoodie, it has no background on it, but when I put it on the hoodie, will the background turn white? I don't wanna put it on and wreck the hoodie and waste the paper >.<

Thank you!
(It's massive the pic btw, I just resized it >.<)

I've used it before; but only on white t-shirts. Hrmm, if there's no background to it then I think it should be okay - you could try printing it onto a cheap grey t-shirt first? Or you could colour your background grey?

I've been wondering how to transfer photoshop images onto clothing for a while now.
Anyone care to explain? Google results confused me.

it depends on the colour of the transfer paper you can get it for light or dark fabrics as long as you cut in really close to the design you will just have a small border of white round it

Thanks everyone!
I wish it wouldn't have a background D:

Should I buy a light or dark one then Pink? The hoodie is like this colour -

That's the 'official' one... which is £45, so I copied the logo and going to save myself a bomb >.< teehee!

Does the dark one give you a black background?

And.. yea, I was thinking of putting a grey back on it, but it would have to be exactly the same as the colour of the hoodie, I could like take a photo then photoshop the colour >.<

yeah i think the dark would be black which looking at design might be better than a light

Ok! Thank you!
I will probably make the background grey, then it won't be that noticeable, and I will cut it really close (:
