So, what about the duration of the series?
How long would you like the series to last for?

For me 10 weeks is ideal.
We make initial impressions, get to know them, maybe change our views and its over. In 10 weeks we can have 10 good, well planned tasks and a perfect number of housemates. And, we dont get bored.

Well, I'd like it to be around 10 weeks.
But BB10 has been confirmed as 13 weeks. It's written in the contract that it has to be 13 weeks. Obviously Channel 4 could make it less weeks, but the money would be wasted. So it will be 13 weeks.

10 to 12 weeks.
A 13 weeks series will mean we'll get about 21-22 housemates which is not great.

Oh  Thats not so good :(
12 weeks
I think The first 2 weeks we should have no evictions so we get to know all the housemates

10 Weeks
By about week 8 it get boring as most of the big characters have been evicted. But with it being 10 weeks it wouldn't be boring because the excitement would build in those last 2 weeks

100 Days. just like BBAu (which actually lasted 101).

In the past I've said with 13 weeks it's not the duration that's the problem, it's that the format hasn't been adapted sufficiently to account for the extra couple of weeks - and ditching a couple of finalists and the first week eviction saves on the housemate count too. Personally I'd also ditch a few days at the beginning and launch on the Sunday, making it 90 days.
However, if costs need to be cut I'd much rather two weeks were chopped off rather than the live feed being removed. Not sure about any shorter though - 9 or 10 weeks is perhaps too obvious a cut, although if they do make a big deal about this being the tenth series they could get away with nine weeks on the basis that they're remembering the old days.
