More Bandwidth dedicated to TiBBs Tardis?

I don't know if you get bandwidth dedicated to certain areas, but the search feature NEVER works these days. So possibly, can we have more bandwidth? Else it will be unusable in BB season meaning the purpose of it is defeated.
