Jeez, how many thread do you make per hour.

And I'm pro choice on the matter. Personally I wouldn't consider it but if someone is extremely insecure about themselves I see no reason as to why they shouldn't resort to such methods.

I think people should really really think about it before they get it done, but if they want it that much,it's up to them. I personally would never,I've seen the pain people are in after surgery,I wouldn't put myself through that voluntarily.

i dont agree with it people should be happy with what they have plus majority of it looks crap the only time i think it should be done is for reasons like a burns victim etc not purely to make someone look more like a barbie doll

I think its up to the person. Personally i don't think i'd ever get it done but if someone is very depressed or unhappy with the way they look they should go for it.

I think it's fine, there are numerous reasons to get plastic surgery, cosmetic reasons are just a few of them. I think it's silly to say no to plastic surgery when these surgeons do such a great job.

Yes
so long as they are not Jackie Stallone.

If that makes her happy then let her do what she likes.

I am totally for plastic and cosmetic surgery. If I could afford it I would get LOTS of things done. Yeah I would try making myself happy from the inside but I am a spender. Buying things makes me happy and if I can buy something AND make myself look better then its a better thing.

Is that safe to do
in the long term? I looked like pete burns on acid for the first few days but then it calmed down and i just had plump lips,it only lasts for about 3 months, well mine did anyway.
