All this Big Brother X stuff sounds so confusing and strange... I mean whats the point of it????

Why not have a celebration Big Brother or something? Instead of the doom and gloom of a big X?

Who thinks all this X c**p is true?

No, They call it Big Brother 10 and it will always be that way.

At the Beginning they always say "Previously on Big Brother 10'.

Big brother X means any big brother thats been, so e.g. the question why did big brother x go pear shaped, means why did big brother X(any bb of your choice) go pear shaped.

X = 10 in roman numerals, which OP, are still used today by most clockmakers, factual books and copyright declerations.

Since when have BBUK ever used roman numerals in the name of their show?

It would be cool if there was an X in the eye as it stands for 10.
But think about it X marks the spot, huh?
You seen maybe this could be true & BB have got a plot.

Never..

This rumour was inspired by the naming of Mac's OS X and suggested as a rebrand by someone after last year's series as part of their own fan series idea. It was liked and the format and eye that was suggested along with it was quite good and people assumed it was real.

It's actually a pretty good idea and despite some of the posts by the young oiks in this thread, roman numerals are still used today quite widely.

Not that it matters, the roman numerals thing was used just to justify and back up the idea they would still have suggested it if it wasn't the roman numeral for 10.
