Even though he had a go at a Devon Chef
on his Ch4 show who bought in Lamb shanks.

A Farmer is owed £10,000
for getting Lambs at the best Quality.
But the Chef that set it up
now works in the same place but has sold to
a New Owner.
If I was a Farmer
I would get out of it.
And the Good News
now we the Public get better deals
but watch out as the size has gone down.
And a brand new deal is
a Chef from their own home.
