Fightstar - Actually really well written stuff, every album brings something different and interesting
The Cure - Epic hooks and the music just spellbinds me. Brilliant writing.
Zebrahead - Pop punk mixed with hip-hop at its very finest.
Stevie Wonder - Just a genius, inspirational and one of the best talents the worlds ever seen
New Found Glory - Catchy as hell.
Brigade - Some of the best riffs around, music that doesn't follow trends
Jason Mraz - Laid back, just really, really cool music
Michael Jackson - The King of Pop. Some of the best catchy music written really.
Avenged Sevenfold - When people think of this band they immediatley scream BOO METAL EMO HISS. But the writings actually really interesting and some songs are frankly, quite epic.
Ralph Vaughan Williams - Best classical music ever written IMO. Really emotive, calming and something Britain can be proud of.
Franz Schubert - Another classical pioneer. Incredible writing.

Do they ****. They aren't artistic, creative or talented. There are 5000 people applying on the X Factor every year who can do what they do.

You know I'm not the show's biggest fan but I just don't understand how you can say they aren't talented. They're clearly very talented singers and actors.

Acting has nothing to do with the music side of it - and they aren't VERY talented singers at all. They're always autotuned to oblivion, and they're singing songs that aren't even ****ing theirs. I consider a VERY talented singer to be someone like Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey - and even then I don't really care for (the latter two of) them because, musically, they're bland. I don't buy into the notion that belting a song at 450 decibels makes it more emotive or powerful - take "I Will Always Love You" for example - Whitney's moves me about as much as Kerry Katona's tears. Dolly however has a 'weaker' voice but is tonnes more personal and emotive, and the fact she wrote it means she is the better artist, no question about it.

I stand by the point that these actresses/singers/dancers/jack-of-all-trades-master-of-nones do not deserve the fame and success they are enjoying. There are countless who can do what they can do.
