Hypnotherapy

Do you remember some time ago i told you i was really suffering froma very bad phobia that was ruining my life (and nearly cost me it).
Well ive been offered the chance of free Hypnotherapy treatment. Its not on the NHS but at a training college( http://www.lesserian.co.uk/ ). The qualified hypnotherapists will do the treating.
the success rate is 91%.
What do you think?

Watched it done on T V and seems to work if you get a proper hypnotherapist.

Today I went for my first appointment and it was very relaxing. Beforehand i was very scared and anxious but the bloke relaxed and reassured me.

The first couple of sessions are just to test if i can go 'under' which i felt i did today.

Now i know what to expect, im much more relaxed and maybe even looking forward to my next appointment!!
