I think the holding page will be up tomorrow because, Channel 4 tend to do all site updates on Tuesdays and if you believe the rumours that the eye will be released on the 12th then that is 1 week away tomorrow

doesnt look like we are getting a holding page till at least next week, the holding page URL still points to the CBB holding page, usually before the holding page is released the holding page URL goes to a "We cannot find this page"

The countdown to the logo last year was suppose to be midnight, but I think it was released about quarter to?

most likely, or proper contruction pictures. Depending on the launch date, is we have a may launch then we will have the eye, if its a june launch then ariel pics etc.
