Does anyone else think there should be a 'Forum Rules' link positioned at the top of the main page? I think it would help newbies alot... I made an example below...

Definitely. BB is coming and that means the forum will become a huge mess. Newbies need to understand rules.

Maybe for people with 500 posts or less?
Considering most of us know the rules, or should, if we have over 500 posts..

Maybe it could just be put after the picture gallery in the top bit where everything else is but just have it in bold?
