My opinion is that it's just not good enough,

the direction of the lines elongates it and makes it look long, but also really fat?

it doesn't look right, if you get what i mean. and then we've got the dodgy colouring going on...

imo I just find it bizzare people get excited over an eye that has nothing to do with the actual show, yes it preshow hype but I think the success of the show is more important than a simple logo.

But I've just noticed, and I'm probably a bit slow on the uptake... The colours are like a thermal imaging thing, pink being the warm bit in the middle and black being the cold bit on the outside. if you imagine the way you'd put your finger when doing a fingerprint, it would be just like the colours on the eye.
