I never said it was lol
I think this is sooo extreme he was only firing arrows around his house ,there was no one in the house.Surely there must have been another way to get him to stop without shooting him dead.

And it is a gun crime if the IPCC deem the shooting to be malpractice of police resources, which we don't know yet. And the IPCC are investigating, especially since he was home alone and so there was no significant risk (and therefore no need for him to be shot to die... PLUS the fact officers are trained to shoot to disarm or injure, not kill).
Anyway; Laura I didn't know you lived in Shildon? I nearly moved there, we viewed loads of houses

I've got no idea lmao, it was a newly built housing estate but the houses looked really tall and elongated (Pmsl, I realise this could be anywhere)? Was about 3 years ago though, maybe longer, in the end we moved to Rainton

its been on the news and everything, were only a quiet little town.Aparantly the man was suffering from depression and started firing at police and threatening to kill himself.I think its quite sad really,he had no previous convictions, all his neighbours said he was a decent man and he had kids too,he was only 47.

 I feel bad for him.
Laura can you remember that man wielding a machete in Chilton not that long ago? I was there (not with the machete man, but I was in town and they had to police blockade the cars).
