I saw this episode on E4 last night, IMO its one of the best/saddest scenes I have ever scene, comedy seires' always do tragedy best (The Royle Family for example)

That is really sad, but nothing beats "My Screwup" where Ben dies.

Im not sure, I found that sad, but I found this one sadder  especially when Dr. Cox looses the last patient, then JD repeats what Dr. Cox said to him and he just leaves

But in "My Screwup" Perry thinks he is going to his son's birthday but it is actually his best friend's funeral and he has been imagining him being around him. Thats REALLY sad.

I thought it was okay. I just NEEDED JD and Elliot to be together. Also last S7 was suppose to be the end, we are lucky to have got S8.
I actually really liked it.
