I'm sorry about this, but currently we dont do Brain Surgery. However, we reccomend you visit your local GP, or else try some brain training exercises.

At the Magic shop we often like to look around these problems. First of all, why do you want 'low' Calorie food? Are you upset about your image? Do you not feel confident with who you are. Try and think of all of the good things about you, and if you still dont feel confident in yourself visit your local GP.

Is the fudge cakes, alcohol and Chicken Curry Fried Rice really neccesary? Why not look for alternate foods? Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol doesn't do you any good!
