The traditional pre-season special shows are being announced now, with three having been scheduled by Channel 4.
Big Brother’s Big Quiz will air at 10pm on Friday 29 May on E4. Presented by Davina herself, ex-housemates and famous faces will compete in a Big Brother themed quiz. Sounds a little like an 8 out of 10 Cats Big Brother Special, with Davina McCall instead of Jimmy Carr, but okay.
The team captains have been confirmed as Jason Manford, Jamelia, Jack Whitehall and Bob Mortimer. Ex-Housemates including BB7’s Nikki, BB1’s ‘Nasty’ Nick, BB8’s Brian, and BB6’s Derek and Makosi will feature alongside the famous faces.
Three days previously (Tuesday 26 May) at 10pm will see the Phil Edgar-Jones produced show Jade: As Seen on TV, a documentary in memorial of the late Jade Goody, who starred in BB3. Her mother, publicist Max Clifford, and others will feature. At 11pm, a repeat of Big Brother: Around the World, hosted by Dermot O’Leary, will air.
Nothing overly exciting, but at least things are a-happenin’!
