Do any of you exercise at all?
If so what do you do and how often, what form of exercise do you find most effective?

I walk to work unless it's absoutely belting down with rain, or if it's too hot to walk or really windy.

I am on my feet all day in work, so that's 9 hours of standing in work, 30 minutes to walk to work etc. I'm lifting heavy trays/boxes all day, pulling heavy goods. Operating machines.

I run about all day as part of my course, one tutor makes us do 60 sit ups and 40 press ups a day, which is not fun haha.

I go for a run every few days, usually when I am stressed. Then on the weekends I work an 8 hour shift on a bar which is a LOT of exercise. Its pretty much that which keeps me slim, although I eat healthily too!

Walk everyday, motherdrops me off about a mile from my school, and I walk from there. Then walk to the bus depot, like 1/2 mile from school. Then the bus drops me off a mile from my house, mile and a half if I get off at the shop lol.
Play squash in the garage most nights, I've swimming every week and then PE.
Sometimes I walk to the shop.
Not much =| I want to join the gym, but mum won't pay my membership :bawling:

Have to keep fit properly now I'm in the RAF ... before I went away I was doing swimming, weights and treadmill 5 times a week

I don't get people who don't do anything but moan they're too fat and say they're lazy? Its not that hard or time consuming ... being sat on your arse watching stuff on TV you don't even like is a bigger waste of time imo
