Writing a journal

Does anyone here write a journal? What sort of stuff do you write in it? I'm thinking of starting one.

I tried to do one.
I just write how I was feeling and who was pissing me off and what stuff happend that day.
Gave up in August though

Different kind of journal though.

Dieting what ive eaten.
Training what ive trained which day how much how many sets etc....

i write on a online blog instead of in a book i just write my thoughts and stuff down things i have planned that i'm looking forward to that kinda thing
