Now I've gone back into all my health rubbish I feel really fat and unhealthy if I miss a day ... apart from when I was away (obv, well still went gym abroad) I've been getting up well early (like 6 or 7), swimming and gym and home by 10 LOL

I completely get that.I havn't been obsessed anywhere near as long as you. But it's just Take That,well they mean so much,they help through the good times,the crap ones,they make the amazing times. I think it's so wonderful in life that music and the people who make it can give people so much happiness. If I ever make those guys I'm going to tell how much difference they have made to my life.
