Ugh, i'm really annoyed, usually i'm like the first to see the adverts, I haven't seen ANY eyeflashes (except on Youtube) or ANYTHING on TV Yet!

Any advice, of how to catch them!?

I've seen all the flashes at least thrice and the E4 ad twice.
