It's an amazing film, Thought provoking, poignant and very haunting. I'd reccomend it to anyone even if you don't like animation.

The story's about 2 children who are trying to survive during World War 2 in Japan. It's such an amazing film. Here's a trailer.

It's subtitled but there's a English dub of it so give it a try if you get a chance! It's truely a great film.

Wow apparently it's extremely well received by the critics. I'll have to add it to my list to watch and I'll get back to you when I've seen it. I loved animated films like Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away (then again, I love every type of film)

It's done by the same Animation Studio as Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke, Studio Ghibli. One of my most favourite studios ever.
