We have just had our 3rd fire since March! (although this one was elcetrical and not arson)

No thanks xD our hotel basement flooded last year, dont want that to happen again in a hurry :P

Found a news article about it;

GUESTS were forced to flee a Blackpool town centre hotel following a blaze this morning.
Seven holidaymakers were led to safety by the owners of The Sunset Hotel on Bank Street just before 9am after a fire broke out in the basement.

The landlady of the property was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene but did not require hospital treatment.

Firefighters say a fault on an electrical appliance in living accommodation in the lower floor of the hotel sparked the blaze which caused smoke and heat damage to the room and a further 10 rooms in the hotel.
