HELP NEEDED

Hey,
I really need help with a history project, can anyone make videos from pictures and add speech bubbles and text? Plus can they do special effects?
If the answer is yes then I would be extremely grateful if you could have my msn, and I could send you what I need doing.

no, i've taken all the pictures, made all the sets and wrote it up.
