Latecomers?

Do you want some latecomers? I love latecomers, 3 like BB9, not 5 like BB8, it's great after an eviction for some newbies! :D

An unfortunate side-effect of the show being lengthened to 13 weeks.

BB is best with a hardcore of 12-14 housemates all there from the beginning (or within 2 weeks of the start) so that the public can build up familiarity of them

Too often (BB7, 8 & 9) there have been latecomers who look rather obviously like rejects from the auditions.

BB9 had five not three. Stu & Nicole aswell :thumbs: & BB8 had 11 not five lol.

well bb9 actually had 3 latecomers. stu was a replacment for alex's ejection. u can say either belinda, sara or maysoon were replacment for dennis's ejection. then u got nicole. so truly bb9 had 3 late comers. which was perfect.

bb8 obv with all female start you knew your were going to get an awfull lot of newcomers.

Despite what they say Stuart wasn't a replacement. Alex was ejected, the eviction that night was cancelled and noone should have gone in, and the numbers will have been what they should have been.

Only Nicole was a replacement last year.

Anyway I liked what they did last year, not too many and not too late to be considered an outsider. No silly gimmicks or twists, just straight in with a weeks immunity so they can settle and thats it.

I'd say only have latecomers if absolutely necessary, i.e if they are 3 people down.

Either way, they all came in after Launch Night, so does that not make them latecomers?

i think they should save some really controversial entertaining housemates to arrive in in the middle of the series or whenever!!

it will totally rock the house up!

because not many people notice if a quiet person comes into the house....

I like latecomers. I thought the BB6 and 7 latecomers was a very lever way of putting them in but 8 and 9 weree basd.

It's interesting to see newbies/latecomers as a viewer... becasue the original housemates are paranoid about what the newbies know about them... crazy stuff... sadly I am in Italy on the day BB10 starts so will have to catch up when I get back...
