omg I was running up the stairs and a fell on the last one and I have hit my hand on the railing. there is this big blue lump now. Its rather disgusting tbh. How can I get rid of it or make it go down???

or a bag of frozen food, anything really cold, just wrap it in a towel, or if you can't run your hand under cold water for a while.

It's probably just swollen, if you have ice on it leave it on for a while and it should gradually go down!:thumbs: And no bother glad to help if i did.

Yeah just something cold and put pressue on it. It might be a bit sore for a while but you'll be grand :bigsmile:
