I have no idea.. but I didn't want your post to go completely unanswered. :D
Not 100% sure, but I think it involved about four people living in a secret room which was completely white, and the people living in it had to wear white clothes and could only eat white foods etc.
As far as I know, they basically lived in the room until they got fed up and left. The last person left in the room got to move into the main house.

Solitary confinement? There've been numerous rooms such as this in past big brother's , last year we had one but it was never used (and changed to the task room).

Got this from wikipedia:
White Room
On 23 April, the four remaining wild-card housemates not selected to enter the House via the public vote on Days 1 and 2 were isolated in the "White Room".
The housemates were Cruz, Demet, Kara, and Harrison. The White Room and its fixtures and fittings were all entirely white, and the housemates had only white clothes to wear. White Room housemates were provided with a white porridge which fulfilled all nutritional needs.[25] In the centre of the room was a red button. At any time, a housemate could press the red button if they wished to leave. This decision to leave was final and the quitting housemate could not return to the Big Brother House or the White Room. The challenge was that the housemate who stayed in the White Room the longest without pressing the red button would become a legitimate Big Brother housemate and enter the main house with the rest of the housemates.
Monitors in the Big Brother House allowed the housemates to watch, without audio, the White Room housemates at all times. The White Room housemates were unaware that they were being watched by the Big Brother housemates.
Cruz was the first white room resident evicted when he pressed the red button after Big Brother offered $750 to whoever pushed the red button first.[26]
In the days after Cruz departed no one else volunteered to leave, so Big Brother ran a set of challenges to decide who from the White Room would move to the main house. First, Kara was evicted when Harrison and Demet nominated her.[27] Then, the Big Brother housemates lodged their votes on who they wanted in the house.[28] Demet won the vote and became an official housemate.[29]

The White Room (so called because of everything including the contestants clothes being white) Has appeared in Big Brother worldwide.
In Aus 3 contestants were put into the white room with the hope that they would become a HM. The only way this was possible was by being the last person standing. It was an endurance task. No natural light and fake lighting 24/7 for maximum disorientation. They were fed grool twice a day.
In Aus the HMs could see them on a plasma and eventually there was a bribe put on the table which nobody took so BB devised a way to get 2 out and finish the contest.
I believ in Norway people stayed for a crazy length of time in the White Room being bribed cars.
The same thing happened in France but it was called the Crystal Room on account of the wall being see through so the HMs could see the 3 participants who eventually all became HMs.
