What is Andyman's Brotherhood?

I'm quite new to this forum. I noticed under a few people's names it says: Andyman's Brotherhood. What is this? Is Andy the Big Brother germany housemate?

Also is there a differnce between that and just "The Brotherhood" which some other people have?

And then there was a Lili's cult, who were then broken apart cos they were not strong enough and then now there is a Cult of Zeta but they are just the same and will soon be broken too.
