Please can you look through the pictures and u2u me the names of the two people you think have captured the theme of Movement the best! u2u voting closes tomorrow at 4pm and the live results will be shortly after. In the live results, the bottom two will be revealed and the three judges will have to kick somebody out of the competition

Unfortunately Christina and SiaSiaSia did not hand anything in, meaning they will be disqualified, sorry ladies, but it has to be done :(

I wanted to capture movement in a differant but obvious way (as you all know spay moves incredibly fast due to 'Pressure')

Took this pic today (Sat) when i was at the annual NI raft race. I think i captured movement well as all the men in the pic are running towards me, and there are lots of different running positions within the pic.

Nothing really, I took this the other week, and I really struggled this week, I'd a few different ideas but never got the chance to carry them through [cars on a motorway, feet in the corridor etc. =p], so i settled with this picture as it shows water flowing.







Next week is the final guys, and two will be eliminated tomorrow :O

It's a nice idea, but I think that the location it was taken in is too light. Would have come across better if it was darker and maybe if there was more of them.

I like it, it looks dark and mysterious, quite like the background. However, you should have cropped the deodriant can out of it.

Conor
This would be a great shot for the press or something but as an art piece, I'm not so sure. Looks good in black and white though!

Stunning, love the colours, the reflection in the water, how dark it is. My favourite

Conceptually, it's stunning, the sun behind the water drip the landscape in the background. The angles good too. However, I think if there as a stronger focus on the drip it would have come across more effectivley.

I'm surprised no-one used shutter speed time differences in order to create a blurred yet static movement effect? I actually expected Conor to do it, since he seems more experienced with photography. A little disappointed in all of the pictures from what I expected from the topic.

MR. K has the best concept but not the best execution, whereas Conor or Sam! have the best picture, but a not so good concept (in my opinion). Hmm. I prefer Sam's photo.

(Edit: Only didn't mention Twilight and Brona because they're "okay" photos, but nothing in particular to praise from me).

Twilight:
I like the effects of the wand/torch you're using, but the background of the picture lets it down. It's a bit blurry and although the idea is fun and different, it could be better.

Mr.K:
I really like this photo. It's not your obvious idea, visually it's appealing and the quality is good.

Conor:
The theme is captured very well here. Not your most stunning photo by a long-shot, but you've ticked every box this week. Well done!

Sam!:
My favourite shot this week. Plenty of energy and activity in the photo, a really stunning result. The reflection adds extra appeal.

Brona:
I like the idea behind your photo this week, but I'm a little disappointed by the quality. The angle is a bit weird, to be honest. Good idea, not so good execution.
